  • Nature's Garden Sea Kelp (Holland & Barrett)

    I take two Sea Kelp tablets per day, usually with or after meals. Sea Kelp is packed with natural iodine, which plays a crucial role in supporting thyroid health. Iodine is essential for producing thyroid hormones, which regulate metabolism and energy levels. The thyroid is the gland that helps manage your body's energy production, and Sea Kelp can contribute to healthy thyroid function. It is often used for weight management because of its role in stimulating metabolism.

    I take one capsule of Evening Primrose Oil per day, which contains Vitamin E. This supplement has been a game-changer for my hormonal balance, particularly during times when my hormones tend to fluctuate. Evening Primrose Oil is known for its ability to help regulate hormonal levels, reducing PMS symptoms and balancing estrogen levels. It’s also been a tremendous help in supporting my mental health by reducing symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).

My Morning Coffee Ritual

Every morning, if I am able to do so (depending on where I am/who I am with usually) I tend to start my day with a French Press coffee. Colombian (my preferred choice in coffee beans) and add a spoonful of some powerful ingredients to supercharge my energy, mood and health:
